- Notarized translation

- Sworn translation
- In many European and Latin American countries, only a translator who has taken an oath before a court is authorized to produce a legally valid translation. If your document is going to a country outside the U.S., check whether it requires a sworn translator rather than a U.S.-style certified translation.
