How Rush Turnaround Works
Rush service doesn't change how your translation gets done, a professional translator still completes it and a second linguist still checks it, it changes where your order sits in our queue and how many people are actively working on it. Your real delivery window depends on three things:

- Document length. A one-page document moves faster than a fifteen-page contract, even under rush.
- Language pair. Common language pairs (Spanish, French, Mandarin, and similar) have the most translators available for rush assignment; less common pairs may have fewer, which can extend the window.
- When you submit. Orders placed earlier in the business day have more of that day left to work with than orders placed at night or on a weekend.

What Rush Service Costs
Rush processing is a per-page add-on on top of the base translation rate, it isn't a separate flat fee. For standard certified translation, that's $10 per page on top of the $18 per page base rate, bringing the total to $28 per page, the expedited rate already published on our Pricing page and in our Terms of Service. The add-on can differ for standard (non-certified) translation and for large multi-document orders; your instant quote will always show the exact total for your order before you commit.

Can notarization be done same-day too?

What happens if my document is more complex than expected?
If your document's length, formatting, or language pair means we can't hit the original rush window, we'll tell you before you pay, not after your deadline has passed. Turnaround estimates are based on the document you upload, so the clearest, most complete upload you can provide gives the most accurate rush estimate.
Do you offer rush service for every language?

Can I cancel a rush order if my deadline changes?
