The Process, Step by Step
1.Upload Your Document
Upload a photo, scan, or digital copy of your document directly on our site, PDF, image, or Word file all work. Redact any information you don't want included before uploading.
2.Get Your Price
Certified translations are priced per page (one page = up to 250 words); standard translations are priced per word. Your price is calculated automatically once your document is uploaded, no waiting on a manual quote for most documents.
3.Place Your Order
Choose certified or standard translation, add rush turnaround or notarization if you need them, and pay. You can order as a guest or with an account.
4.Translator Assignment
Your document is assigned to a professional, native-fluent translator matched to your language pair and subject matter (legal, medical, technical, financial, or academic).
5.Translation & Second-Linguist Review
Your translator completes the translation, then a second linguist reviews it before delivery, an independent check, not just a self-review by the original translator.
6.Delivery
You receive your completed translation by email, along with a signed Certificate of Accuracy. If you added notarization, the notarized version is included. Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours; rush and same-day options are available if you selected them at checkout.
7.Need a Correction?

Do I need to do anything between placing my order and receiving my translation?
No, once your order is placed and paid for, the rest happens on our end. We'll email you when it's ready.
Who actually translates my document?
A professional, native-fluent translator working in your language pair, checked by a second linguist before delivery. It's never machine-translated for certified orders, see our AI-Assisted Translation page if you're looking for a faster, lower-cost machine-assisted option instead.
What if I need to make a change after I've already uploaded my document?
Contact us as soon as possible, if translation hasn't started yet, we can usually accommodate a change. Once translation is underway, changes may require a new order.
Is notarization part of the standard process, or something extra?

What exactly is in the Certificate of Accuracy I receive?
