Our 100% Acceptance Guarantee

Every certified translation we deliver comes with our 100% acceptance guarantee: if it's rejected by the receiving agency specifically because of an accuracy issue in our translation, we correct it at no additional cost. This page explains exactly what that means, what's covered, and how to use it if you ever need to.

What's Guaranteed

We stand behind the accuracy of every translation. If a receiving agency rejects your certified translation specifically on accuracy grounds, we'll correct it at no additional cost, as fast as possible. This is a correction guarantee, not a cash-back guarantee — when there's a genuine accuracy issue, we fix it rather than refund it. If you're looking for our cancellation and refund terms instead, see our Refund Policy.

How the Guarantee Works

  • If your certified translation is rejected, get a copy of the rejection notice or a clear explanation of the specific issue from the receiving agency.
  • Email us the rejection notice or explanation, along with your order number.
  • We review it to confirm the issue is a genuine translation accuracy error, not something outside our guarantee's scope (see What's Not Covered below).
  • We correct the translation, at no additional cost, and prioritize turnaround so you're not waiting behind new orders.

What's Covered

Every translation includes a signed Certificate of Accuracy, the format USCIS and most U.S. agencies, courts, and institutions require, and our guarantee covers the accuracy of that translation. If your document is headed to an agency or organization outside the U.S., requirements can differ; tell us where it's going when you order and we'll confirm what applies before you submit it.

What's Not Covered

The guarantee doesn't apply in the following situations:

See our Refund Policy for the complete list of exclusions and how cancellations and refunds are handled separately from this guarantee.

  • A rejection for a reason unrelated to translation accuracy, such as an agency's own formatting requirements, an issue with your original document, or a change in that agency's own policy.
  • A document rejected by an organization with its own separate requirements our Certificate of Accuracy wasn't designed to satisfy.
  • An error that originates in your source document rather than in our translation of it.

Why the Guarantee Rarely Gets Used

Every translation is completed by a professional translator and checked by a second linguist before delivery, which is what keeps rejections rare in the first place. The guarantee exists as a backstop, not as a substitute for getting it right the first time.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly does the guarantee cover?

If your certified translation is rejected by the receiving agency specifically because of a translation accuracy issue, we'll correct it at no additional cost. It covers the accuracy of our translation, not the receiving agency's own discretionary or unrelated requirements (see What's Not Covered below).

Is this a money-back guarantee?

No. It's a correction guarantee: if there's a genuine accuracy issue, we fix it, as fast as possible, at no charge. We don't offer a cash refund in place of a correction. Our separate Refund Policy covers cancellations and the situations where a refund does apply.

Does the guarantee apply to every receiving agency and every country?

It applies to the accuracy of our translation and Certificate of Accuracy, which is the standard format USCIS and most U.S. agencies, courts, and institutions require. We can't guarantee the discretionary internal policies of every possible receiving organization worldwide, and if your document is headed outside the U.S., requirements can differ; tell us where it's going and we'll confirm what applies.

What if my document is rejected for a reason that has nothing to do with the translation?

That falls outside this guarantee. Common examples: a formatting requirement specific to that agency, an issue with your original document, or a change in that agency's own policy. See our Refund Policy for the full list of what's excluded.

Does the guarantee cover notarization too?

Notarization confirms the identity of the person signing the Certificate of Accuracy, not the accuracy of the translation itself, so it isn't part of this guarantee. If a notarization error is genuinely ours, contact us and we'll correct it.

What do I need to provide to use the guarantee?

A copy of the rejection notice or a clear explanation of the accuracy issue the receiving agency identified. That's what lets us pinpoint and fix the actual problem quickly.

Does correcting my translation affect a notarization I already paid for?

If your document needs to be re-notarized after a correction, we'll handle that as part of resolving your guarantee request, at no additional charge for a genuine accuracy correction.
