Earn Commissions as an Affiliate
If your audience, readers, followers, clients, or community regularly needs certified translation, our affiliate program lets you earn a commission for every order you refer to us. It's free to join.
How It Works
- Apply to become an affiliate, there's no cost to apply.
- Once approved, you'll receive a unique referral link to share with your audience.
- When someone orders through your link, you earn a commission on that order.
- Commissions are tracked for a set window after someone clicks your link, so you're credited even if they don't order immediately.
- Payouts are issued once you reach a minimum threshold.
Who Can Apply
Bloggers, content creators, immigration consultants, educational advisors, and anyone else whose audience regularly needs certified translation. There's no cost to apply.

This determines how long you're credited for a referral that doesn't convert immediately.
How and when do I get paid?
Payment details are provided during onboarding.
Who can become an affiliate?
Bloggers, content creators, immigration consultants, educational advisors, and anyone whose audience regularly needs certified translation. There's no cost to apply.
Is this the same as the Partner Program?
No, they're different. The Affiliate Program pays you a commission for referring other customers to us. Our Partner Program instead gives your own organization's members or employees a discount on their translations, with no commission involved. See our Partner Program page if that's what you're looking for.
Can I promote Cloud Translate on social media or my own website?
Yes, using your unique affiliate link. We'll provide guidelines on acceptable promotion methods when your application is approved, misleading claims about our services or guarantees aren't permitted.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
Contact us if you have questions about high-volume referral arrangements.
Looking for a discount for your own organization's members instead of a referral commission? See our Partner Program page. See our About Cloud Translate and Contact Us pages for more detail.
