Launching in a new market or heading to an overseas trade show, and your brochure is still in English? Cloud Translate translates and adapts your marketing materials at $18 per page, with fast turnaround and a glossary that keeps your brand voice consistent across every language.
Why marketing teams choose Cloud Translate

- Text-length flags so your designer knows what to expect in layout
- 24–48 hour standard turnaround, with expedited options
- Certificate of Accuracy included at no extra charge if you need one
A tri-fold handout, a full product catalog, or a trade-show display — all with layout to preserve
A simple tri-fold handout, a multi-page product catalog with pricing tables, a digital brochure meant for a landing page, and trade-show display copy all carry different length constraints and layouts.
We work from whatever format you send, and flag anywhere the translated copy runs noticeably longer or shorter than the English original — German and Spanish tend to expand while Chinese and Japanese tend to contract — so your designer knows what to expect before the file goes back to layout.
Do you actually need a “certified” translation for a brochure?
- Certified translation
- A signed Certificate of Accuracy from the translator attesting the translation is complete and accurate. This is what USCIS, most U.S. courts and most U.S. government agencies require.
- Notarized translation
- A notary public witnesses the translator sign the Certificate of Accuracy and applies their official seal. Notarization verifies the identity of the signer, not the accuracy of the translation. Some courts, banks and foreign consulates specifically require this.
- Sworn translation
- In many European and Latin American countries, only a translator who has taken an oath before a court is authorized to produce a legally valid translation. If your document is going to a country outside the U.S., check whether it requires a sworn translator rather than a U.S.-style certified translation.
For most marketing use, a brochure does not need a “certified” translation the way a legal or immigration document does — there is no government agency reviewing a brochure for accuracy.
We still include a signed Certificate of Accuracy at no extra charge, which is useful if your brochure needs to accompany a formal application (a trade-show government pavilion registration, a franchise disclosure package, a grant application) or your own vendor compliance records require one. If you are not sure whether you need it, you probably do not — but it costs nothing extra either way.

When companies translate their marketing materials
A translated marketing brochure usually comes up when a company or institution is telling its story to an audience in another language, not proving something to a government agency. Two of the most common situations:
Sample certified translation documents
Your certified translation is delivered as a digital PDF with an official Certificate of Translation Accuracy, signed and stamped by the translator and Cloud Translate. We apply basic formatting to keep it readable, but we do not replicate the design of your source document.
What’s included

- Confidential handling of pre-launch campaigns and unreleased product materials
How It Works
From brief to translated copy in four steps.
Upload your brochure along with any brand style guide, glossary or tone notes you already have.
Get a free quote and pick standard, expedited or same-day delivery — and tell us whether you want a word-for-word translation or the message adapted (transcreation) for the target audience.
A professional translator with marketing experience in your industry adapts taglines and calls-to-action for tone and cultural resonance rather than translating them literally, and a second linguist reviews it for accuracy and consistency.
Request tone or wording changes — expected and welcome for marketing content, unlike a legal document — and receive your final copy, ready for your designer or DTP file.

The translation matched our birth certificate exactly, and it was accepted by USCIS on the first try. Turnaround was faster than I expected.

Questions & Answers
Frequently asked questions.
The questions people ask before ordering a marketing brochure translation.
How long does a marketing brochure translation take?
Most brochure translations are completed within 24–48 hours. Expedited and same-day delivery are available for an additional fee when you are working against a trade show, launch or print deadline.
Do you translate word-for-word, or do you adapt the message?
It depends on what you ask for. We can translate literally if that is what you need, but for marketing copy we usually recommend transcreation — adapting taglines, wordplay and calls-to-action so the message lands the way it is meant to for the target audience, rather than reading as an awkward direct translation.
Do I need a certified translation for a marketing brochure?
Usually not. Certification matters for documents a government agency or court reviews for accuracy, and a brochure typically is not one of those. We include a signed Certificate of Accuracy at no extra charge in case your brochure needs to accompany a formal application, but most marketing use does not require it.
Will the translated text fit my existing brochure layout?
We flag anywhere the translated copy runs noticeably longer or shorter than the English original, since some languages expand and others contract, so your designer can adjust the layout. If you send us your design file, we can also work directly within it.
Can you keep our brand voice and terminology consistent across multiple brochures and languages?
Yes. We build a glossary and style guide from your existing materials and apply it consistently across every brochure, campaign and language you order with us.
Can our marketing team request changes to the tone or wording?
Yes, and we expect you will. Unlike a legal document, where the translation has to match the original exactly, marketing content benefits from your team’s input on tone — so revisions and back-and-forth are a normal part of the process, not an exception.
Can you translate our brochure into multiple languages at once for a global campaign?
Yes. Submit the brochure once, tell us which languages you need, and we will apply the same glossary and style guide across every language so the campaign reads consistently everywhere.
Is our unreleased product brochure kept confidential?
Yes. We treat pre-launch campaigns and unreleased product materials as confidential, limiting access to the translators and reviewers working on your order.
